Following the Government's announcement to allow non-essential shops to reopen from June 15th, we are happy to invite you back in to the store from Tuesday June 16th. We will be operating reduced hours and applying social distancing rules.
We're putting the finishing touches to the shop layout so customers and staff can remain safe so keep up to date by subscribing to our newsletter or following our FaceBook page.
To start with we are going to allow 3 customers in store at any one time so we ask you to follow the guidance from our staff to help us achieve this. Fortunately we have ample outdoor space for people to wait safely in our car park.
There is now a one way route through the shop so customers will enter through the car park entrance and exit via the door at the front (on St Nicholas Way). We ask for you to wait just inside the entrance until a staff member indicates you can proceed through the shop. There is signage to make it as clear as possible.
We will also be offering private shopping sessions on Saturdays. This means you can avoid waiting by booking a time to visit. To book your time CLICK HERE.
If you wish to visit on a Saturday please book an appointment first.
We are also offering local pickup (Click & Collect) from Tuesday 16th June. Place your order on our website and we'll get it ready for you to collect. If you would rather not enter the store you can call us from our car park and we'll bring it out to you.
Our FREE local delivery service will continue so customers also have this option if living within 5 miles of the store. We aim to offer deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
