We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. You must have retail experience and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
Candidates must play any instrument, ideally guitar and piano. Knowledge of notation, music history and theory is preferred although not essential.
In addition to providing a high level of customer service, day to day tasks involve preparing the shop floor for sales demonstrations, tidying and displaying products, unpacking deliveries, communicating with customers via email, setting up of teaching/rehearsal studios and developing product knowledge.
You will be involved in creating and posting content for our social media platforms.
To start asap, the position is full-time (37 hours) including weekends.
